• RSVP is required for all events to secure your spot.

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-cancelable once purchased.

• All experiences must be used within the membership year.

Enchanted Membership – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the Enchanted Membership offered by Enchanted Escapes SD. By purchasing a membership, you (“Member”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Membership Payment & Commitment

1. The Enchanted Membership is priced at:

   • $400, divided into 12 monthly payments, or

   • $325 if paid in full at the time of purchase.

2. By selecting the monthly payment plan, the Member agrees to pay all 12 payments in full.

3. Memberships are non-cancelable and non-refundable once purchased.

4. If a payment method fails, the Member must update the payment method within 5 business days. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in suspension of membership benefits until the balance is paid.

2. Membership Benefits

Membership includes the following experiences during the membership year:

• One General Admission ticket to a Fantasy Ball.

  • Members may upgrade to VIP by paying the difference in ticket cost.

• Two sword-wielding workshops.

• Two murder mystery events.

• One scavenger hunt.

• Three trivia or game nights.

• Two themed photoshoots.

Total benefit value is estimated at $560–$680, depending on event selection and market pricing.

3. RSVP & Event Access

1. Members must RSVP for all included events to secure attendance.

2. Event capacity is limited; RSVPs are honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Failure to RSVP by the posted deadline may result in forfeiture of that event access.

4. Missed events, no-shows, or failure to RSVP do not roll over or transfer to other dates.

4. Event Policies

1. Events may include physical activity (e.g., sword-wielding workshops). Members participate at their own risk and may be required to sign a separate liability waiver.

2. Enchanted Escapes SD reserves the right to modify event dates, times, or locations.

   • If an event must be rescheduled, members will receive notice and the option to RSVP for the new date.

3. Membership benefits cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted unless explicitly stated by Enchanted Escapes SD.

5. Term Length

1. The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. All included benefits must be used within the membership term. Unused benefits do not roll over.

6. Behavior & Conduct

Members agree to:

• Follow all event rules and venue policies.

• Conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, volunteers, vendors, and other guests.

• Understand that disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from an event without refund.

7. Changes to Membership Terms

Enchanted Escapes SD may update or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of substantial changes via email or website update.

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing the Enchanted Membership, the Member confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
